This project was a remodel of a new build. The Mediterranean inspired house was recently constructed by a builder in a coastal community with standard finishes. The homeowners were looking for unique and superior customization of all interior and exteriors spaces. The renovation of Indigo Design introduced new custom finishes and furnishings resulting in a thorough transformation.

This remodel features an open concept floor plan with damless shower, floating double sinks vanity and freestanding tub. The new design highlights transitional style with soft color and material palette. The clients were interested in a Zen inspired space with subtle modern influences. The oversized niches are finished with hand-made tiles which showcase the clients' admiration for the Alhambra Spanish motifs.

Contemporary design inspired project featuring a white kitchen, a sophisticated entry-nook cabinet, a graphically bold powder room and a luxurious open plan primary bathroom for a coastal home. The sunlight filled spaces feel bright and energetic. Soft white walls, marble lookalike quartz countertops, clear and polished hardware create an environment that is fresh, innovative and yet timeless.

This is an ongoing project where the interior design work is being completed in phases. The kitchen was the first space to be remodeled and it features custom designed cabinets, quartz counter tops, ceramic and concrete decorative tile back-splash.

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine. I expressed my wishes of having a clean, natural interior aesthetic and they truly delivered – the natural light in my newly designed home is to die for. They also helped me turn my dated, drab living room into a spacious and cozy space in which I can’t wait to host a party. I couldn’t recommend Alice more, if you’re looking for easy collaboration and top-notch design, you have to reach out to them!

I’ve worked with Alice on a few renovation projects and am still floored by her dedication to design and space planning. I had the pleasure of working with Alice on redecorating my childhood home that hadn’t been touched up since I was a teen in the 80’s.
